Why isn't Premiere 15 starting?

Just installed it and I cannot get it to start. I have a Mac w/OS Sierra...just upgraded.

Do I need to reinstall?

Thank you for your quick response.

I did get it to work…I think the issue is related to the upgrade to OS Sierra, not Premiere.

If I have more trouble, I’ll let you know.
