    Follow these steps:

    1. Open Premiere Elements and import your AVCHD movie to timeline.
    2. Click on Export & Share
    3. click on Disc and click No to the pop up appeared.
    4. select AVCHD
    5. Change Type from ISO to Disc
    6. Click on Burn
