Will 2024 accept video from a Pixel 7 phone and a GoPro 11 camera?

I am using Prem. Elem. 2015 and it will not accept video from a Pixel 7 phone or my GoPro 11. I need special codecs or a program to convert the video. I did download a program to do that and it works but it's a lot slower way to create program than just dropping video right in. Can someone confirm before I invest?

Thanks! I tried to send a 6 second file from my Pixel 7 and it bounced
back. I'll have to cut them further or figure something else out. I'll try
back. Appreciate your help.
