Will not launch

Product stopped launching. Have subsequently uninstalled and reinstalled countless times, and Premiere Elements will not launch. Is no indication of any problem with the installation.

    35 gigs of free space may not be enough for the program to completely deploy, Louise. I always try to keep at least 100 gigs free, and I would panic if I had less than 50-60 gigabytes free.

    How large is your hard drive? Is it an SSD or a conventional hard drive?

    Based on what you've told me, I would expect that clearing off space on that C drive will likely resolve your launch issue.

    Which version of the program are you using on what operating system?

    What processor do you have and how much RAM? How much free, clean, defragmented space is on your hard drive?

    Have you tried clearing your preferences?

    Thanks Steve.

    I purchased Elements 15 in Dec 2016 and downloaded. Was working fine until a few weeks ago so uninstalled and reinstalled the current downloadable version from the website using my serial number. Installation appears to be in order.

    Using Windows 10 Home

    Have 8GB Ram and 35GB of free space. Cleaned up using ccleaner.

    Not sure how to reset preferences without launch working?
