Work Area Bar - How to turn back on Autosizing

I am using Premiere Elements 2018.

Normaly the Work Area Bar (WAB) automatically expands and contracts as clips are added and removed from the timeline.

But it seems that manually adjusting the WAB turns its auto-sizing capability off.

Is there a way to turn the WAB auto-sizing back after it has turned off.

    I'm afraid that the only way I can think of doing that is to save the project, close it, and then reopen it.
