Wrapping text titles

Hi I am trying to edit one of the preset text titles (see screenshot) The bottom line of text, I need three lines of text but I put about five words in and nothing else displays after it so there appears to be a block.

So in short, I need a title with the date and three lines of text underneath. How do I acheive this please?

Create the title in a program like Notepad, then copy the text and paste it into a Premiere Elements title template.
