Wrong end of a clip

I have the problem that in a clip, there is an end (1-2 seconds) from another previous clip. Tried to delete and shorten, nothing helps, what can i do?

Need screenshots. Now its just guessing.

Is it a standalone clip, is it cut from a longer clip, are there any transitions used?

Tried deleting rendered files and/or media cache?

Above you can see the end of a clip there was 3 clips away, it doesn't belong there at all.
