4k export error in adobe premiere rush

Hi,

 

I have a premium membership in adobe premiere rush. The app keeps crashing whenever I render my 4k video. I am using iphone 13 24fps 4k footage. I have been working on the video for weeks and now I can't render it. Can someone help?

    Hi @Gowtham35647024b2td,

    Thanks for writing in. You say the app is crashing on export. Please try updating Rush and iOS. That should help if you have not done either of these things lately. I hope the advice helps. Let us know if it works or not. Sorry for the frustration.
