Good day

Im trying to export my video in 4k but your app is telling me I need to upgrade.

So I am already paying for a yearly subscription but when i go to buy the 4k bolt on the purchace fails and says i already have an subscription so why can't I use 4k to export?

Cheers

Brett

Hi

I've now trying to export the video after rendering and while processing it the app runs into an issue and crashes.

I've reset the app and still fails

Hi Aussie Advent,

I read your note. Please provide more info about your media and the computer system or phone you are using. Any details would be enormously helpful. Sorry for the frustration.

Thanks,
Kevin

Are your video clips 1080? If so, they'll still export as 1080 instead of 4k. Also, I can see below your username that you're new here, so you might not realize that this is a user-to-user forum and I'm a volunteer trying to help you. Adobe staff are indicated by a red Adobe logo over their profile pic and "Adobe Employee"  below their name.

You might try downloading the Adobe Creative Cloud mobile app and signing into it. If you already have that and are signed in, try signing out and back in again.

Hello,

Still no connection between clouds. I paid for an annual subscription just to find out that 4k is omitted. I need to go from $ 50 a yr to $ 230 a 4kust for 4k.
