Good day, new here and to RUSH. Struggled for two days and hope this ship sees land on day three 🙂

  • I have a two-hour training video.
  • Rendered it on Windows 11  without any error, only to discover that the video could not play from 1:26:00 to the end.
  • Tried to re-render a couple of times - no luck.

Anything else I can do?

Hi @simond44858052,

I heard about your issue. Is there any way you can share the system specs for your computer? Which camera shot the video? Let us know more details so we can help.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin

Thank you for coming back.

  1.  The video was shot with Android phone version  10.  After uploading it to the PC (where Rush is installed, no playback issues.
  2. I Tried again with different recordings. The rendering process would end with no error. The review rendered video preview was also good, but as soon as I opened the file location, second problem. I would see the video file name and then the file size of 1K.  I am not sure if this problem is related to the first problem??
