Can anybody give me some assistance the app keeps asking me to upgrade to premium but I'm already a premium subscriber is anyone else having an issue ?

I'm having the same problems. But then it also says upgrade OS and I don't want to do that I will loose a lot and need to upgrade other programs, which I don't want to will have to pay more money.
