Abobe do not have video editing tools for Asus Zenphone 9

To whom it might concern, 

I got a new phone and I found out that Adobe doesn't have any video editing app for Asus Zenphone 9. It's a really good phone with 16 GB of RAM and more. I want to know when Adobe will work on my phone or if I need to get other apps. I was shocked that the Instagram app can edit videos on my phone, and so can other free apps, but not Adobe. Thanks a lot for your help.
