Accelerated Rendering Error-Error Compiling Movie

Question

I am brand new to Rush and spent hours working on a 9 minute movie only for it to not save the file to my computer.

I'm on a windows laptop, 16gb RAM, i7 intel core processor.

I've edited the video at 00:00:23 and nothing changes.

On the home screen. Select three dots (Project options) > Duplicate.Try-On/Off the Enable Hardware Accelerating Encoding and Decoding.
