Account and date trouble

I was having a bunch of lag and refresh issues with the app, so I decided to uninstall it. Upon reinstalling, I lost all of my projects that I had been working on, and I have tried signing in to many different accounts but none of them have the projects I was working on. How do I regain access to my old projects?

Hi @Callan34652111pyt1,

Thanks for writing in. I understand some of your projects have gone missing after deleting and reinstalling Rush mobile. Is that right? Were the projects synced with Creative Cloud before reinstalling? That might be the issue. If the projects were not synced, then the projects might be lost after a reinstallation.
