Account swich
Ive been using an account that I had payed a yearly subscription for but was now changing ot an account thgouht my empoyer, when making the switch all projects I had includeing 3 that were being worked dissappeared. I tried looking for anything explaining this and didn't find anything, looked for a chat fuction to talk to a adobe rep but apparetly my system doesn't show any of the adobe chat options, (works on other sites just not adobe's) so I waited to talk to a rep who just told me no there is no way to transfer over all of the work you've done on the platform you paid for. I asked for a supervisor, was told I would receive a call, have not, and now got an email telling me my support ticket will be closed in 3 days if I don't take further action.
When I tried to reply to the email I got an automatic bounceback that said that the email I sent went to an unmonitored account. It said I should go to their support page. This service is absolutely terrible. It's great that the best solution they have when you try to contact them is to tell you to go talk to other people with problems and see if you can figure it out yourselves.
