Add a drawing feature on the Tablet version

Many people use their iPads for animation, but run into problems with syncing sound in other applications. I think it would be a good improvement to allow drawing with an apple pen on top of each photo that a user imports into the app. Also it would also be a good feature if a user could import a video and have the option to take frames from that video (example, every 2 frames or every 4 frames) as images and be able to draw on top of them.
