Add Simple Title

I had previously found that article which says you can add simple titles. I gave feedback on that page that it doesn't tell you how to add simple titles - it simply says you can do it then goes about adding fancy titles. Adding a title is easy but Rush has made it difficult to find out how to add a simple title. I have been taking a more complex title and then editing out the complexity then duplicating it over and over for other parts of my videos. I am using lots of annotations over instructional videos and need something easy and unobtrusive. It looks like Rush may have eliminated that in favor of "jazzy" titles.
