Adding mogrt to Creative Cloud Library?

Hey Everyone,

I'm using Premiere Rush on my iPad Pro. I'm trying to get custom mogrts imported into Premiere Rush, but can't seem to find a way with my current setup. Is there an actual way of getting mogrts imported into Adobe Rush using an iPad Pro and Creative Cloud?

I have them added is "Files" in Creative Cloud but not in the Library. The mogrts I believe were created by Premiere Pro, but not by my personally. Any help or suggestions on this will be GREATLY appreciated!
