adding text overlay not working

I'm a paying customer for adobe cloud suite so I have and pay for adobe rush but cant use it!

I cant get the tool to work and add text, keeps spinning so I never get to see nor select my titles, transition graphics, overlays etc,

I am having the same issue, cannot see any titles after the latest update

I have just upgraded to 1.5.38 on windows 10 and have the same issue!
