Adding to HD Video

Can someone point me to instructions to add a photograph to an existing HD video file? For example, I would like my artwork to appear on the wall that moves into the center of the image in FILE #: 456613984

I'm assuming you want to have your photograph "track" into a composition with this as your background?

If so, this is a little out of scope for Rush... You'd be better off creating your composition and animating the photograph in After Effects.
