Adjustments speed for clips

I want to make a slide show video with 100 photo's. Is there a way to increase the display in the slide show for all at once to 4-5 seconds?

All speed settings are greyed out even selecting one clip.

    Thanks for writing in. The speed feature works on video clips. If you are selecting a still image the option will be greyed-out. We'll pass the feedback on to the engineers.

    When will the speed range feature for photos be adopted for Adobe Rush? I wish to hold a photo for a few seconds before the Ken Burns pan effect starts.  It would be helpful for my story telling function of a slide show.  Thank you.
