Sorry for the trouble. There was an issue with the Premiere Rush graphics/template download service around the time you posted this. That service issue was later resolved.

If you're still using Rush, please try adding the graphics again.

Premiere Rush is now at end of life and is no longer receiving updates. For future mobile projects, I'd recommend transitioning to Premiere Mobile.
