Adobe Premiere crashes whenever I click on videos folder

I can click on any other folder and view its contents without crashing but whenever I click on my videos folder, it attempts to load them crashes. I do not have any cloud storage space left, are these two related?

Are you getting any error codes or messages when it crashes?
Which device are you using?
Where's your videos folder located (internal/ external drive)?

An internal NVME ssd, and I am using version v1.5.44 (Build 69). It gives no crash error code.
