Adobe Premiere Project grayed out in premiere Rush Creative Cloud

I would love to use Premiere Rush, but it won't allow me to work in a project that I have saved in the Adobe creative cloud. It shows the project, but it's grayed out and I'm unable to open it. I updated my MacBook to Big Sur, but it still doesn't work? Is the version an issue?

It looks like you're unable to work on a project that's already been started in premiere pro. You can go from rush to pro but not pro to rush. That's my problem I think.
