Adobe Premiere Rush

Does anyone know why Adobe Premiere Rush keeps cutting off the end of video clips I try to upload? A video is 14 seconds long on the PC but when I upload it, it's only 11 seconds long in the app. This is becoming frustrating.

    Thanks for the message. I read that you are experiencing unusual behavior with Rush.

     

    Problems like this are often because of poorly optimized media. What kind of media is that and where did it come from? You may want to transcode (rip) the footage in Media Encoder, or if you don't have it, Shutter Encoder, which is a free download.

     

    You can also delete cache from Preferences/Settings. Make sure all projects are closed so you can delete all cache.
