Adobe Premiere Rush doesn't load

Hello, I have been having issues with Abode Premiere Rush for a while. I log in, the application opens up but loads indefinitely until it finally logs me out. While it loads, I cannot access any of tabs on the top left corners and cannot open up any files. Can anybody help with this? I haven't been able to use this app since purchasing the license! Many thanks!

Hi Juliat,

 

Can you please try signing out of the Creative Cloud app and back in? If that does not help can you try uninstalling the Creative Cloud app and installing the latest version? Here's a link

Hi, thanks for replying! I am using Dell Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ @ 2.80GHz with installed RAM 32.0GB - 64-bit operating system,-x64 based processor. OS build is 17134.1069.
