Adobe Premiere Rush mobile won’t let me add more videos to a project

Hello! As what the title says, I'm unable to add more videos to a project as the application keeps on cancelling the action upon loading/preparing the media. I've already tried refreshing and signing out my account but I haven't attempted to reinstall the app because I fear I'd lose my progress and I don't have the premium version.

How can I fix this issue?
