Adobe Premiere Rush - Quicktime bundle - opening problem

Adobe Premiere Rush program does not open. While the program is opening, it comes to the "Loading Quicktime bundle" section and gets stuck. The program does not open at all. How can i solve this problem.

    Hi @Mehmet Fatih23128659fzo7,

    Sounds like a frustrating problem. One thing you can try is turning off iCloud sync. That can really mess things up. See this article; https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207689

    Hi. I have a similar problem. Ever since I work on a Mac Studio Apple M1 Max/32 GB on Mac OS Ventura, I haven't been able to run Adobe Premiere Rush latest versions. I had to downgrade to 1.5.50 to be able to open it, otherwise all later versions, including 2.10 will freeze on startup when Loading importerQuickTime.bundle. Already tried turning off iCloud sync and Adobe Creative Cloud, but it didn't help.
