Adobe Premiere Rush Stuck in Preparing screen

Can anyone help..
Adobe Rush is stuck at Preparing screen. I know there are this type of post similar to mine but none of the solution worked for me 😞
Can anyone pls tell me what can i do ?

Sorry for the issue. Have you already tried signing out and back into your Creative Cloud account? Also, try resetting preferences: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WvKL1Arhvl8

I tried resetting the preferances  now its working fine
