Adobe rush 1.5.2 audio not working

Hi,

 

Just downloaded the new Rush 1.5.2 and created a project and no audio is working. I have tried opening past project and the audio appears but is silent too. POn my new project the is no audible audio in the imported video files (background noise), imported audio track or the new Abobe audio tracks in the content library. Please help!!

Hi Emball!

Welcome to the Rush community. We would need more info to troubleshoot further.

  • Which device are you using Rush on?
  • What type of audio files are you working with ( codec/format)?
  • Could you see the green bars on the right bottom side when the audio plays on the timeline?

Hi Kartika,

 

I got this fixed, it ended up being an mic input issue. I was able to figure this out by googling it, It came up in a search about a similar issue in PremierPro. I also tried opening the file in PP which picked up the issue. It can be changed by select Edit > Preferences> Set Audio Input to "No input".
