Adobe Rush audio issue

For some reason my Adobe Rush is duplicating my audio automatically and merging it. I don't know why this is happening, but it's taking me twice as long to fix it cause I have to re-upload the video and start from scratch. if anyone has any explanations, I would love to know what that is. thank you
