Hi all,

facing a problem with Adobe rush auto ducking.
The music in not rendering correctly, means music was loud after exporting the project on iPad Pro 3rd Gen.

This happens to me ALL THE TIME. The fix has been clicking off and back on the auto volume and auto duck and waiting at least 2-5 minutes before trying to export again. This works 100% of the time for me, but I once had to repeat the process 3x before the export was finally perfect.

Thanks for the workaround. I'll mark this as correct for now, @Jeanie363860100hrj.

Thanks,

I'm having this issue, as well. Was it ever resolved?

After editing a video with Adobe audio clips, uploading it to YouTube, then previewing it, I discovered that Rush had decided not to use my audio settings. At some points, the audio is too loud. When the Audio volume is set at 35%, auto duck, and my voiceover is roughly 46%. Autoduck pushes background music volume levels to just 5%.

After previewing it on YouTube, I discovered that Rush just decided to adjust the audio to its liking.

Hi @Jennifer30697219ktc6, and @Mark28592098mah3

Does the raw file sound OK in a player app? Let us know.

Thanks,
Kevin

I was having that problem too but was able to get the autoduck to work by feeding the project through Premiere Pro and exporting it. Not ideal, but it's something?

Hey, I am facing the same issue.
After editing the video, music and voice over are working perfectly.
Ducking is on point and the music is only in the background.
As soon as I export the file on my desktop, the music is far too loud.
Can anyone assist here, as I cant solve the issue and cannot finish my videos at the moment 😞

Thanks for your help!

regards Alex

I'm facing a similar setting.

My audio levels settings (auto volume & auto duck) not being applied in the exported video, regardless what settings I export to.

Hi Gaurav5D70!

Sorry to hear that. Which device did you use to capture footage? Does it happen on playback as well?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Kartika
