Adobe Rush Constant Crash and Data loss

The Adobe Company in my eyes is the gold standard for video editing, photo editing type software, and I've been using their desktop software for many many years and you're telling me that the best that this company can do for a mobile editing app is what we get with Rush??? It's been said before that if you wanna make your company better, then listen to your unhappy customers so I hope you take that advice. I hope you listen. If I were the manager over this app, I would get my team in shape and create something extraordinary. What has happened Adobe? I don't even know how they're keeping up. I have edited hundreds of videos for content creation and probably 25 maybe even 50% of those I've had issues with Premiere Rush and somehow I keep going back to it hoping that Adobe has fixed all the issues since it is the "gold standard." I'm realizing now that I am sadly mistaken. Rush truly is the worst mobile video editing app. I just spent an hour, hour and a half to two hours cutting up a video and I have it perfect and then I go to the Home Screen and the app is spinning and freezes up and then I lose all that editing time, that is unacceptable!!! This is going to be a downfall to Adobe if they don't get it fixed. The leaky hole in the boat will take the whole dang thing down. App won't import iPhone videos, crashes constantly, I have to say a prayer before using the app for being on edge that may video will be lost. Here we are again. Do better Adobe! You even crash as  a topic below meaning you expect it to happen. It shouldn't!! Create a world class mobile editing app and you will take your company to the next level. Today you don't have it.

Hi @woodshaped,

Thanks for the post. I'm Kevin from Adobe support, a moderator here. I'm not on the Rush team and this is a user to user forum. I'll let the team know about your post, though.

Thanks for letting the commuity know about your issues. These things are not happening on my Mac. What kind of computer do you have? Are you meeting the system requirements?

The new iPhones come with "spatial audio" switched on. If you switch it off, then your videos can be imported.

If you are crashing, are you generating any crash reports? Can you share those with me?

I hope the community can help.

Thanks,
Kevin
