Adobe Rush Constantly Crashing

Adobe Rush continues to crash in a large projects.

Making work ability very difficult and time-consuming.

Sometimes it will crash, and all these all audio on project after hours have been dedicated.

Possible issue with latest iOS update.

Picture of completed project ready for export, but after final crash, Adobe lost all audio on clips.

If I reload the clips, they reload with no audio.

If I start a new project though the audio, but then I can't copy and paste my personal commentary.

Why don't iPhone 17 pro max video files import and process into adobe Premiere Pro?

Exactely the same issue. I can work on projects but when I want to save and export, it crashes. Every single time.
Basically unusuable.

Are you still experiencing this issue, because it has been happening to me for days. I can't even get a project started because it just crashes before it even opens

Same issue happening on our Asus with 32gb ram.  I've limited everything but windows and rush running.

Interesting. I have been using Rush the past couple of months both on PC and Phone and no issues.

One thing I always do when I run into issues with video applications on my computer is make sure that everything on my computer is up to date... and that there are no new updates.
Drivers and everything.
Usually that solves all issues.

Sry I had a lot of typos in the original post here's an edited version

Adobe Rush continues to crash on large projects making work ability very difficult and time-consuming.

Sometimes it will crash and all the audio on the project is lost after hours have been dedicated.

Possible issue with latest iOS update.

Picture of completed project ready for export, but after final crash, Adobe lost all audio on clips.

If I reload the clips on the same project they reload with no audio.

If I start a new project the audio will load, but then I can't copy and paste my personal commentary. So it's like a full restart of the project.
The app has crashed about 20 times per hr on more than 30 projects over 40 plus days.

Hi lance_3421!

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with Adobe Rush crashing. You can try few things to resolve the issue:

Clear Cache: Adobe Rush can sometimes encounter issues when its cache becomes full. Try clearing the cache by going to Settings > Storage & Cache within Adobe Rush, and selecting Clear Cache. This might help resolve performance issues related to large projects.

Project File Size and System Resources: Large projects can sometimes strain device resources, particularly on mobile devices. Consider optimizing your project by breaking it into smaller segments. You can export sections individually and then combine them later in a new project.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

I'm not seeing that option
