adobe rush fault

I have just spent a LONG TIME editing a video for a new youtube channel.  having only 3 FREE exports before I start  paying for the software, I was very dissapointed when I eventually watched the video before uploading the video started playing at half speed while the audio ran at the same speed, making it 45 minutes long where it was supposed to be 22 minutes.    kinda made me think I may be making a mistake thinking of paying for the software.

will Adobe give me a longer trial to see if this is a one off?   do Adobe staff see this?
