Adobe Rush graphics not appearing

I'm trying to add graphics to a video in Adobe Rush on my PC. No graphics appear? Im using Windows 11. I've tried "Titles" and "Transition Graphics" and "Overlays" and nothing appears as choices. Any advice? I checked and Im using the most recent version of Adobe Rush. V2.7
