Adobe Rush: how to identify the File names of imported video clips

Hi,  I am wondering if there is a way to identify the names of the video clips.  I imported the video clips on my iPad Pro.  I have the sync turned on and they all (24) synched to the Adobe cloud (no more circle).  I synched down to my PC but I still see a bunch of RED videos with an exclamation point showing the link is not there on my PC.

On my pc the Creative Cloud said that file sync is completed.

I am trying to figure out what files my PC thinks are not synched?  Or is there a better way to fix the sync issue?  I have restarted Rush on both the iPad and PC and turned off sync and turned it back on with no improvement.

It's a huge file.  About 3 hours worth of video and it's been uploading since 10 am pst and it's 5:30 pm now.

Thanks for all your recommendations.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for reaching out.  Adobe Cloud still shows that I am using 17 GB of the 20 GB of my plan.  However, the iPad and the PC do not have the video files any more.  It's now been 24 hours since I deleted the Rush video.

According to the Fiels tab in Adobe Cloud, I have no files synched

The deleted folder shows 0 files.

Cloud Storage shows 17 GB

I do use Lightroom Classic and sync my collections to the cloud.  I did unsync everything Where can I look to see what is taking up the space?

Thanks

Agnes

Hi AWhite,

Sorry about this. Sometimes it takes a long while for files to be synced across multiple devices. Can you check the status again today? What happened? Let us know.

Thanks,
Kevin
