Adobe Rush, intermitted crashing while playing

Question

I'm using the most recent version of Adobe Rush (version 2.3) on Windows10. I've been experiencing itermitted crashing while previewing certain titles, namely animated one, within my project. It'll usually play, freeze then the preview section will become unresponsive.

I have the following hardware specs :

OS : Windows10 Home 64-Bit, 10.0.19044 Build 19044

CPU : AMD Ryzen 4000 series 7

RAM : 8GB

Graphics : 512MB ATI AMD Radeon Graphics (HP)

I updated the graphics card then selected the "Used Optimized Clips" within the view dropdown menu. This appears to have fixed the issue but still experiencing small delays between transitions.
