Adobe Rush is unresponsive

I've been trying to edit my project on adobe rush but the video I added is blacked out and the save icon doesn't work: it keeps crashing when I click on it.

    Is it iPhone 16 footage? Try turning off spatial audio in the iOS device's camera settings, @VictoStyle.

    I can’t find this settings because I’m using iPhone 15promax not 16

      Can you show us a screenshot of all the camera settings for audio and for video? Switch off HDR, as well. See if that helps.
