I'm using my new iPad 10th generation and Adobe Rush keeps crashing while editing my video. It's very frustrating...any advice how to resolve this?

Hi ajanellphotography!

Sorry about the crash. Does it happen while working on a specific project? Could you check if there’s enough available storage on your iPad? If your device is running low on storage, it might affect the app’s performance. Also, try, reboot the device: A simple restart can often resolve many technical issues.

Let us know.

Thanks,

KR

Hello,

Thanks for the quick response! I think I've figured out the issue. It was
only crashing with this particular project and I have plenty of space.
These were videos taken on my iphone, so no crazy huge files. I was able to
create a new project with no issues. This was the only video that I had
edited the audio settings, trying to remove background noise and a few
other audio tweaks.

I just reset all of those audio settings, reset my Ipad and was able to
finish editing that project and exported with no problem! Prior to
resetting these settings, it was crashing every minute or so and I could
not export the file without the program crashing.

Hope this helps with improving the app in the near future!

P.S. Wondering why the auto sync was removed recently? This is very
inconvenient. It would have been really nice to have been able to continue
editing this project on my laptop with Premiere Pro, or even my desktop
Rush app...

Thanks,
Alexa Janell
