Adobe Rush keeps freezing after 5 minutes or so

Hi everyone,

 

My Adobe Rush used to work really well but recently it started to freeze then crash after it working fine for around 5 minutes.

 

I have tried reinstalling it and no changes.

 

I have also downloaded Premiere but it is the same issue.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

yeah! I have the same issue maybe 1 or 2 months, I tried reinstalling, but nothing works.

I am also having issues with rush freezing on my Samsung Galaxy S9. If I close and try to reopen a project it says the project can't be opened. Rendering is crashing as well.

 

Tried reinstall, tried sign out and back in, restarted phone multiple times and cleared cache.

 

Hope they get these issues resolved or ill find another program.

  • Are you getting any error codes or messages when it crashes?
  • Does it happen with a specific project?

Hi Kartika,

 

I am using it on windows 10 on a Dell Inspiron 15.

 

There are no error codes. It just freezes, then crashes. One thing I did notice was that the preview freezes then the rest of the system. For example when I am editing the preview screen freezes first but I can still cut and adjust scenes. Then a while later, everything else freezes.

 

I have tried other projects but its the same result.

 

I have downloaded Rush on my ipad and it worked fine there...
