Adobe Rush Local Project has Disappeared

Hi there,

I created a local non-synched project on my Desktop version of Adobe Rush (Windows 10) and completed the entire edit, ready to export. While opening another synched project (created on my mobile) my computer crashed, and upon restart my non-synched local project has disappeared.
How do I recover it? I've tried restarting again, I've tried signing out of Creative Cloud and back in, no luck. It's basically as if the project never existed.

I've identified the location of the database files for the projects:
C:\Users\"user"\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Team Projects Local Hub\2021\local
And within this there were two folders with different timestamps. I've only ever created two local projects using Rush - the first being the project that disappeared and the second being a "test" project created after the disappearance. When I removed and then restored the later dated folder it removed and then restored the "test" project from Rush, however when I did the same with the second folder there was no change.

I can only conclude the other project folder is my missing project. What I don't understand is why Rush won't open it when the database is clearly there. Has the crash corrupted it in some way? Even though the project wasn't even open at the time of the crash? Can I force Rush to recognise it somehow?
