Adobe Rush/Mac Sound files links disappear.

Hi, Sometimes, when I open an older file - even one I was working on a week ago - the sound files are no longer linked. I am using audio in the Rush library.

I recall it gives me an option to re-link the audio - but the path begins with "var/"

I cannot find anything on my mac that has "var/".

Help. This is messed up and the pieces I am working on are very complex with many sounds. This is a disaster if I cannot relink the audio on these pieces.

I would take a screen grab of an other piece, but I am afraid to close this document I am working on (aforementioned disaster)
