Adobe Rush mobile app won't export

Question

I edited a 40 second clip on the mobile app (using a brand new Samsung galaxy and latest version of the app) and every time the export reaches 40%, it crashes and causes my phone to reboot. There are no graphics or effects applied. I have no other apps running and also have more than enough storage on my phone. I even tried a smaller 10 second sequence and it does the same. I can only seem to export one clip at a time, which defeats the purpose of editing a sequence. Please help.

Hi Robin,Thanks for the additional information. Since this also happens with a very short sequence and causes the entire phone to restart, this may be a compatibility issue with the newer Samsung device rather than the length or complexity of the project.Unfortunately, Premiere Rush is now at end of life and is no longer being updated for newer Android devices or operating systems.More information:https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/desktop/kb/end-of-life.htmlSorry I don't have better news.Thanks,Kevin
