Adobe rush not loading project

I was editting a project recently, everything was going smooth until i tried to add a few more music clips then i got a error code saying the music couldnt be loaded ( mp3 files btw) and the autosave wasn't functioning so it told me to hit the home button so i wouldn't lose any progress. unsurprisingly the application froze or stopped responding which forced me to X out the app. i tried to open it again but now i just get a grey screen for a long time , quite annoying . plz help
