Hi,

I am having issues with Adobe Rush opening and loading projects. In some cases I am able to run Rush when opening as admin but even that has stopped working.

I am on Windows 10 Enterprise version 1903

Correct answer Kulpreet

Check if your IT admin has restrictions on your network of some sort. Also check if your Creative Cloud sync is turned on and the CC app is updated.

I am having the same problem. Can see but can't open projects (on Win 10).
Have right clicked to run app as admin, have uninstalled reinstalled you name it.
Please help. Really excited to find this programme but it has failed me within an hour of signing up fo r the paid version.

Hi renurraju!

Welcome to the community. This is strange that you're experiencing unexpected behavior while launching Premiere Rush.

We would need more info to understand the issue:

  • Are you getting any error message at the time of launch or opening the projects?
  • Which device are you using Premiere Rush on?

Let us know, we're here to help.

Best,

Kartika

I've just solved the problem,

- Log out

- Delete host file with cleaner tool

- uninstall rush

Reinstall rush (the problem remains)

log in with other user (free)

log out

log in with my CC account

it opens now...
