Question

Adobe Rush not opening my projects after update

I updated my version of Adobe Rush two nights ago and ever since the update I have not been able to see (on the main screen) or open my Adobe sequences.  What's even more strange is that if I wave my mouse over the gray screen it changes to a hand symbol (meaning I can open the sequence).. The other problem is that when I click on one of the sequence projects no files are loading in the sequence.  Did I just loose all of my work?  I was making a wedding video from our wedding photographs and I will be crushed if I have to spend another 3 months remaking the entire video (especially if this problem repeats its self).  Please help!

Which OS version are you using? Mobile? Desktop?

Have you looked at your projects stored on Assets.adobe.com ?

I am using Windows 10 on my laptop.  I looked in my assets folder and everything is there.

Well, that's some good news to hear  - it sounds like your edits are saved on the cloud. The issue of Rush Desktop Windows is another issue.

Can you create a new project? (Does Rush allow you to start something new?)

Can you open any other projects that were created before the update?
