Adobe Rush not syncing

Hello,

Adobe Rush is not syncing between my phone, Samsung S23plus and tablet Samsung S7 Fe. I have good wifi, strong 5G network too.

I often get direct upload error. When I first installed Rush it worked better. But after the first 5 videos CC stopped working well. Sometimes it syncs sometimes not. Same wifi, same devices.
