Adobe Rush on my PC is distorted with Green Shadow

Hello, 

Adobe Rush is working great on my Samsung S10e, however, when I open the application on my laptop, all of the projects have a pronounced green shadow on them.  This was even present on the short tutorial video.  Has anyone experienced this before and been able to fix it
