adobe rush or pro not working

I've been having problem when I try to edit my video on Rush. I use to make 2-3 videos per month but last 2-3 months I'm not able becuase the programs crash/freeze my computer. I would like to get this problem fixed or get my money back. It's wasting my time and money.

  • What are your system specs (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • Does it happen while working on a particular project? 
  • What type of media files are you editing?
